Invoice won't pull up

Hello there, @candbmasonry. Allow me to assist you with performing troubleshooting steps so we can pull up your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

First off, are you trying to create an invoice? Or pull up a created customer's invoice? Any additional information will be much appreciated as this will help me provide you with appropriate information.

 

In the meantime, we can follow these basic troubleshooting steps as this can be caused by too many cached files from your browsers.

 

We can initially log in to your QBO account using a private browser as this ignores websites from using cookies and doesn't record any history and data.  Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used web browsers:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to pull up your invoices,  we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies. In the event it continues occurring while using incognito, you'll initially have to try switching to another browsing application.

  • Safari 11 or newer
