Invoices are not showing totals. I took multiple suggested steps, but nothing has resolved the problem.

We appreciate you for performing some actions to address the invoice total issue, Lynette. I'm pleased to share some additional steps to ensure you can record invoices accurately and smoothly moving forward.

First, make sure the invoice total toggle is turned on by following these steps:

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. Click the Manage button.
  3. Under the Payment options dropdown, look for the More options section and enable the Invoice total toggle.

If the toggle is enabled but the invoice total still isn't displayed, you might be encountering a cache-related problem. To rule this out, you can use a private or incognito window. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

After doing this, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and see if the invoice total appears. If it works, clear your browser's cache to remove the webpage data causing the issue. If a private browser doesn't work, try using another installed supported browser.

If you still experience the same thing, I recommend reaching out to our support team. They can conduct a screen-sharing session to identify and resolve the situation.

We recognize how essential it is to have all your invoice information displayed correctly. Feel free to let me know if you have any other QBO-related concerns. Take care!
