Hi, @missiejtp. We would like to thank you for coming to our Community space.

I understand the concern when your invoices are printed without any content, showing only the logo/header. It must be particularly concerning since this issue started after upgrading to Mac Sonoma.

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation related to your concern. The company has taken the matter seriously and has involved our engineers to address the problem.

Here are a few workarounds that may help you move forward and continue with your business despite the printing issue:

  •  For invoices, try changing the template to "Airy New." You can do this by accessing the Custom Form Styles page or customizing an existing invoice. This template change may help resolve the issue and ensure the content is included in the printout.
  • When printing reports, consider exporting them to Excel or downloading them as a PDF. Printing from Adobe or another PDF viewer can often provide better results compared to printing directly from the browser.
  • If possible, sign into QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a Windows machine or a Mac machine that is not on the Sonoma OS release. This alternative setup may help bypass any compatibility issues specific to the Sonoma OS and allow for successful printing.

To ensure that you receive updates about the issue and to be added to the list of affected users, I suggest contacting our phone or chat support. They will be able to assist you further and provide you with the necessary information.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and I hope that the engineers are able to resolve the printing issue soon.
