Invoices no longer printing unit price and quantity column?

As of yesterday, when I try to print an invoice, the unit price and quantity no longer show up on the printed/pdf.  It only shows the sum of each item.  This is a critical part of the invoice, as customers need to see unit pricing, and confirm exactly how much of an item they purchased!

Invoices no longer printing unit price and quantity column?

Thank you for letting us know about your experience when trying to print your invoices, @gjwilt

We're currently facing an issue in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) regarding invoices. Our customers are unable to view the unit price and quantity on the PDF when attempting to print it. Our Product Engineering team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.

I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team to be added to the list of affected users. You will receive an email notification once we resolve the issue.

You can reach them by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Then, let them add you to Investigation No. 92858.

Here's how

  1. Go to the Assistant menu from the top bar.
  2. Enter Talk to a human and select I still need a human.
  3. You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.

You can check this article for more information about the different types of support we offer and their availability: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

Once your customers paid their invoice, here's how to add them as an income: Manually add transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed

Stay in touch if you have additional concerns about your invoices by leaving a comment below. I'm always glad to help in any way I can. Have a great rest of the day.
