Re: Invoices not importing from Kaseya - Unauthorized 401 message?

Thanks for providing the exact error, billing5.

Let me help you import the invoices from Kaseya into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

So far, there aren't ongoing investigations about this error message. If you're trying to import invoice transactions, you'll want to reach out the Kaseya Customer Care Support. They have the expertise to help you resolve the error and import the invoices.

However, if you're trying to import custom invoices, please note that you'll have to create it using Microsoft Word. Then, import the invoice template into QBO.

Here's how:

To enable Import Style in QuickBooks Labs:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then choose QuickBooks Labs.
  2. Turn on Import Style.
  3. Click Done.

To import custom invoice template into QBO:

  1. Choose the Gear icon, then Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click the New Style drop-down and select Import Style.
  3. Choose Browse and select the template file.
  4. Select Next to upload your document.

For the detailed steps, take a look at this article: How to import custom invoices.

If the error persists, please let me know. I'm here to find and provide additional troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Have a good one.
