So far, there aren't ongoing investigations about this error message. If you're trying to import invoice transactions, you'll want to reach out the Kaseya Customer Care Support. They have the expertise to help you resolve the error and import the invoices.
However, if you're trying to import custom invoices, please note that you'll have to create it using Microsoft Word. Then, import the invoice template into QBO.
To enable Import Style in QuickBooks Labs:
Click the Gear icon, then choose QuickBooks Labs.
Turn on Import Style.
To import custom invoice template into QBO:
Choose the Gear icon, then Custom Form Styles.
Click the New Style drop-down and select Import Style.
