With QuickBooks Online, new interface experiences on invoices are introduced for better invoicing. However, Ship to Field, Ship via, shipping date & tracking number are only available on the web-browser program while using the old invoice layout.
As a workaround, you may consider opening a web browser on your iPad device and logging in from there instead of the app. Once signed in, you can switch from a new invoicing experience to an old layout. To help you do this:
- In QBO, go to the +New button.
- Under the Customers column, select Invoice.
- In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the Old Layout button.
- Read the prompt that will pop up on your screen.
- Once you're ready, click the Leave button.
