Thanks for reaching out to us, ptobias73-gmail-.

An iPad may get stuck or unresponsive due to several reasons. It's possible a lack of memory or has a conflict with your other business apps. Let's force restart your iPad to exit the screen or the application itself.

To do this, just hold down the Home and Sleep button until the iPad display the red slider or you see the Apple logo, then let go. The iPad will restart and you should be able to use the device normally again. After that, you can clear the app's data to refresh applications and eliminate common issues that cause your screen to stuck.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Menu at the top right, then Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data, then choose Refresh to confirm.
