I won't rest until this is taken care of, @ottercreek1.
QuickBooks Online mobile app has the functionality to edit customers' information. Thus, you should be able to modify the address, and the details would show in your invoice. No worries, I have troubleshooting steps to help fix the issue.
To start, let's try updating your customer's address by logging to a browser. This way, we can conclude if there is a problem with the app itself. After that, re-open the invoice in mobile and check if it shows the address.
If the problem persists, let's reset your mobile app. This is the same as clearing the cache from your web browser.
Do the following:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select Reset App Data.
- Click OK.
If the problem persists, please uninstall and reinstall the app for a clean slate. You do not need to worry since it won't delete any of your app's transactions or data.
Here's how:
- On your homepage, touch and hold the QuickBooks app.
- Click Remove, then tap the Delete App to confirm.
- Install the app again.
- Then enter the amount again to verify if it's already performing well.
