Is anyone else experiencing technical difficulties today? I can't see any of my invoices.

I’ve got information about missing invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

We are currently investigating why invoices are not being displayed or accessible in the program. This signifies that our engineers are working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Since they are working on this internally, please know that we cannot provide a turnaround time regarding their efforts.

 

You can contact our Technical Support Team in the meanwhile. You will be added to the list of impacted users and will receive email notifications once an update is available. You can request that they add your name to the list of individuals affected by INV-90843:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Press the (?) Help icon at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click the Contact Us button and enter brief information about your concern and tap Continue.
  4. Under How would you like to connect with us? Select either to Chat with us or get a Callback.

 

Additionally, refer to this article for other options when contacting them. You can also scroll down to the bottom to see their support schedule and hours: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

 

In the meanwhile, you could create an invoice with your mobile app. Please review Step 2: Create an invoice and follow the steps for your mobile operating system: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
