We haven't received any similar cases reported to us. I suggest opening your QuickBooks using an incognito or private browser. It's possible that the browser stores frequently accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks, to act weirdly.

Opening the website in incognito did not help. I'm still seeing the same error from Bill Pay Online.
