Is anyone else invoice screen not coming up for customers on the app? I can click on each invoice but only a white screen comes up.

It looks like there are reports of it not working in the desktop version.  I don't see anyone else with the online version having issues.  

If you haven't already, maybe try clearing your cache.

I appreciate you getting in touch with us about the issue you encountered when opening the invoice in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, mattwagner.

 

If you're using the mobile app on the Android version, we currently have a new reported investigation about the invoice page not loading. Our engineers are already aware of this, and they're currently working on a fix. You may reach out to our QuickBooks support team to add to the list of affected users and get notified once there's a fix or an update about this issue.

 

However, if you're opening it in the updated IOS version, let's try to refresh your app. A large amount of data and cache is most likely causing the QBO app to malfunction unexpectedly and unable to utilize some features. Doing this process will help refresh applications and eliminates common issues.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. If you get a prompt message like, "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes”.
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

Hello there, @Sg50. I'll point you in the direction to help you retrieve invoice transactions on the Invoice page inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).
