Is anyone else not getting the app to show invoices? It just stays gray and blank.

For a couple weeks now, the app loads, fetches my data and never loads invoices on the home page. I have to select that blank and gray area just to see a list of my active invoices. It no longer shows me the overdue, not due yet, paid in the last 30 days....

Thanks for connecting with the Community! Let's go ahead and refresh the app to restore any connection that may have been lost. For IOS systems, follow these steps below:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Hit the Refresh to confirm.

 

For Androids, these are the steps to use:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ , then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm.

Yes, I have. It didn't work. I have also completely uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, before you ask. It still doesn't work. 

 

Your generic Q's and A's script will NOT answer this. Just like EVERY TIME I have a problem with quikbooks. This is exactly why I will never recommend this system to even my worst enemy. Support is ATROCIOUS. I have to jump through all these scripted hoops that a monkey could figure out on their own....

 

Assume I have done all the simple stuff and please escalate this problem up the ladder to someone in charge of your boss or better yet, someone in IT.......

Since the app still isn't functioning properly after refreshing data and uninstalling/reinstalling it, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.

 

They can be reached while you're signed in.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in using a web browser.
  2. Use the Help (?) icon.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.
  5. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

 

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
