Is anyone having trouble scheduling Bill Pay? For 2 days all I get is a spinning wheel when I select QB schedule payment. I've tried numerous browsers. Help?

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-80704) about the issue with Bill pay. Rest assured that our Engineering Team is dedicated to working to implement a solution that will fix this issue.

While we're unable to tell when this issue will be resolved, I recommend contacting our Phone support team. They can add you to our notification lists, and once updates are available we'll notify you through email.

Here's how to contact support:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online, then click the Help (?) icon.
2. Select the Search icon
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern in the box below What can help you with?, then click Continue.
5. Select How would you like to connect with us? either Have us all you or Chat with us.
