I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Self-Employed support team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users. Once your account is linked, you'll receive an email notification when an update is available.
Here's how to reach them:
- Click on Help (?) and hit Contact Us.
- Note: If you're using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and choose Ask QB Assistant.
- Type in "talk to a human", then tap Continue.
- Choose which way you want to connect with us.
- Have us call you
- Chat with us
As a workaround, sign and view invoices through the mobile app.
