With QuickBooks Payments, deposit speeds depend on your product and type of payment. Standard deposits process every day except for Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Instant Deposits process every day of the year with no exceptions.

If you're new to using QuickBooks Payments, you'll also want to be aware that Intuit deposits your first set of payments within 5 business days. These early deposits take a bit longer while your account is being set up. Once everything's finished, Intuit will send deposits faster.

You can check your deposit speed in the Merchant Service Center.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your Merchant Service Center.
  2. Go to Activity & Reports, then All Statements.
  3. Find the most recent statement and click its View option.
  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Tax ID number.
  5. Review the Date in your Activity Summary. This is the date your deposit was made.

You can learn more about working with QuickBooks Payments in our Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments article.

If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have a great Monday!
