Great to see you in the Community, @phoenixservicesl. I can share more details on how to attach the pictures of your items on your sales forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Showing the pictures on each line is unavailable. As a workaround, you can use the Attachments feature to show the photos of the items in your invoice.
Here's how:
- Go to + New and select Invoice.
- Enter the details and scroll down to the Attachments section.
- Drag and drop the pictures of the items and put a check beside them.
- Select Save and send or Save and close.
To view the attached pictures, you can check Attachments under the Lists column in the Settings. To know more details about this feature, you can check out this article: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
