Buy nowThe reason I would like to know whether this report can be run is because I would like to see what transactions I have marked as billable. I would also like to see in the report, all the transaction categories for each credit card account. Is this possible? I need to be able to go through my transactions and make sure that all transactions I have marked as billable, have been matched to an invoice. I use QBO not desktop.

Good evening, @jfernandez1.
Thanks for reaching back out and letting us know what else you needed on a report.
I recommend using the Unbilled Charges report that's available in your QuickBooks Online account to see the expenses left unbilled.
You can easily find it by using the search bar within the report page of your account.

Good morning, jfernandez1.
Thanks for bringing your question forward here in the Community. I'd be happy to lend a hand with account reports in your QuickBooks Online account.
To view the data you're looking for I recommend trying the Transaction Detail by Account Report. This report breaks down each transaction that was made in each account you have set up in your QBO account. You can also use the filter and customization options to see even more specific data. Here's how:
1. Click the Reports tab in the left navigation menu.
2. Enter Transaction Detail by Account in the search field.
3. Set the desired date range and add any other filters by selecting the Customize button in the top right corner.
4. Choose Run Report when you're all finished.
I recommend checking out the following linked article for additional info about customizing reports in QuickBooks Online.
Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions. I'm only a comment or post away.
Would I also be able to customize this report to show me which of these expense transactions within these accounts I have invoiced already?
Thanks for getting back to us, @jfernandez1. I'm happy to address your concern about customizing report.
You can run a custom Transaction Detail by Account report to see which transactions are linked to invoices. You can filter A/R Paid and Transaction Type to Invoice. I’ve attached a screenshot below for your reference.
I also have some additional articles about managing a wide range of reports in QBO:

But there is no way of telling from this report whether that expense needs to be billed. I want to make sure I am not leaving any expenses left unbilled. Is this possible?
