Is there a limit to the number of inventory items I can have in QB Online Plus?

I've got insights on how inventory items work in QuickBooks Online and ensure you can manage them smoothly.

There are no storage limitations as recording or creating inventory items in QuickBooks Online Plus. It allows you to add as many as you want, and it is unlimited.

If you haven't yet manually added inventory items to the program, simply follow the instructions outlined below.

1. Click the Gear icon ⚙ and then Products & services.
2. Select the New button and select Inventory.
3. Fill out the required details like Name, SKU, and Category.
4. Choose the specific Income account and enter the sales price/rate.
5. Enter the purchasing information and cost of the item. Then, the particular Expense account.
6. Fill in the other needed information.
7. Click Save and close.

In addition, if you want to import items in the program, you can only import 1,000 rows at a time. If your list is longer than that, split it up into multiple, smaller files.
