Is there a problem with printing invoices today?

Thank you for posting in the QuickBooks Community. I'll be happy to help you get back to printing these invoices again.


Did you encounter an error message when printing them? Is this happening to all of your forms or is it just the invoices? It can help me check if we have a reported issue similar to yours. 


In the meantime, let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to get you moving today. To start, let's try installing the updates for Adobe Reader


After that, let's try to repair it.


Here's how:

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Go to the Start button at the bottom-left of your screen.
  3. Look for the Control Panel or Settings then Control Panel.
  4. Choose Programs and Features, then select Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
  5. Press Uninstall/Change (Windows Vista/Windows 7).
  6. In the Setup dialog box, click Next. Then Repair, and Next again. 
  7. Select Install.
  8. Once completed, click Finish
