I'm here to share some details about the built-in templates in QuickBooks Online. While the invoice in QuickBooks Online doesn't include a remittance design, you can import your own custom template.
The Import style feature allows you to create sales forms that match your brand's style. You can personalize them to suit your needs.
When creating the template, indicate the text that you want QBO to map data. Simply mark it with by using the opening and closing angle brackets.

After importing the template, you can start sending invoices using the remittance design. To switch to the custom template and vice versa, click on the Customize button and choose the template you want to use.
