Buy nowI am looking for a report to let me track the dates of future invoices that will be sent to my customers using the reoccurring invoice feature in Quickbooks
Tracking yearly data for recurring invoices is a valuable practice, ctpsw. While QuickBooks Online does not currently offer a specific report to display the future dates of all recurring invoices scheduled for the year, there are alternative solutions to help you stay organized.
In the meantime, you can access the Recurring Transactions page to view your recurring invoice templates. While this page doesn’t provide a year-long overview, it allows you to review upcoming transactions based on their templates and gain insights into recurring schedules.
For more comprehensive tracking, you might consider creating a spreadsheet to manually map out future invoice dates for each customer. To do this, refer to the recurring intervals specified in each template and calculate future dates based on the set frequency. This can provide a clearer picture of your invoice schedule for the year.
It's highly beneficial to have a report that enables users to monitor annual data concerning recurring invoices. While this feature is currently unavailable, we encourage you to provide your feedback. It helps us better understand your needs and improve your experience with our product.
Here's how:
You can save and export your QuickBooks Online reports to your computer for easy access whenever needed.

Thank you for your reply,
I see where you said "While this page doesn’t provide a year-long overview, it allows you to review upcoming transactions based on their templates and gain insights into recurring schedules."
Does this mean there is no report I can generate with the dates these invoices are scheduled to be sent so I will need to look at each template for each customer individually in order to determine when that particular customer is scheduled for an invoice and then manually transfer the date data to a spreadsheet for reference?
If so, that would be a lot of work and time, I just need to know a month or two ahead of what invoices are scheduled to go out each month as we have some generated monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Thanks again for your help
William
