Yes, we have a report that can help you applied late fees, Heiditorg.

I can show you how to easily pull up a report that lists all customers who have a late fee applied to their invoices. When you turn on late fees QuickBooks Online automatically creates an income account to track the amount of fees you’ve collected for reporting purposes. The account is set up as an “Other Income” account type and is named “Late fee”. We can pull up a QuickReport of the account that will give us the data we need.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts
  2. Under the Filter by name search field, enter something like late fee.
  3. From the result, click Run report under the ACTION column.

In the report, you have the option to customize it further.

Thank you! I found it easily. But now I see that there are no late fees applied since 2/25/21 and there should be some for March. I've checked the late accounts and they have the late fee Enabled. How do I make sure that late fees are being applied to overdue accounts correctly?
