Is there a way to add more space for more email addresses in the email blank on a form? Is there a way to add a constant cc: email address?

Hello there, @beth5.

It's nice to have you in the QuickBooks Community. I'd be happy to help share some information about adding more space for email addresses and constant Cc recipient when sending forms.

If you're referring to Sales forms, currently, there's a 100 character limit in the recipient's email address field which includes spaces. In the meantime, you can manually add the email addresses that are not included when you first send the invoice.

Here's how:

  1. On the left pane, select Sales.
  2. At the top left, select All Sales
  3. Find the transaction you want to send.
  4. In the ACTION column, choose Send from the drop-down.
  5. In the To field, type in the email addresses separated by a comma (,) and space.
  6. Click Send

Also, you can definitely save default Cc email addresses each time you create a sales form.

Here's how:

  1. At the top right, click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. On the left pane, select Sales.
  4. Click on the Messages section.
  5. In the Copy (Cc) new invoices to address field, enter the email address.
  6. From the Sales form drop-down, select either Estimate or Invoices and other sales forms
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Done

After that, I also recommend sending your ideas directly to our product developers for future updates. It'll help us improve the product and know what works best for you. Just click the Gear icon and then select Feedback.

Thank you for dropping by. Let me know if you have any other questions about updating the email address on the forms. I'll be happy to help you out.
