Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help share information on how to add the line items in a batch when creating invoices.
You may need to create a bundle and select the bundle created when creating invoices. When you select the bundle, it automatically pulls up the bundle components/products and services.
To create a bundle:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Products and Services under Lists.
- Click New beside More.
- Select Bundle under Product/Service information.
- Create a bundle name and add the items/components under Product/Service.
- Click Save and close.
Once done, select the bundle when creating invoices.
