Is there a way to batch add line items to an invoice without having to look up each item? Can't get a response on chat...

Hi there, @adam14.

 

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help share information on how to add the line items in a batch when creating invoices.

 

You may need to create a bundle and select the bundle created when creating invoices. When you select the bundle, it automatically pulls up the bundle components/products and services.

 

To create a bundle:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Products and Services under Lists.
  3. Click New beside More.
  4. Select Bundle under Product/Service information.
  5. Create a bundle name and add the items/components under Product/Service.
  6. Click Save and close.

Once done, select the bundle when creating invoices.
