I have this same question, but the current response was for changing the customer's name, not our own business name when the customer sees it on their card statement. Can you please add a response to the original question?

Thanks for joining this conversation thread. I'm happy to provide some info about changing the details in QuickBooks Online that your customers see.
This can be edited in the Account and Settings area of your account. Here's how:
1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Account and settings.
3. In the Contact info section of the Company tab you can make changes to the "customer-facing" information.
4. Click Save and then Done when you're finished.

My client is having the same issue. His clients are disputing the credit card charge because it is coming through with his corporate company name on it instead of his dba name on it - so the client is getting confused. He has his bank account set up with the corporate name dba name on it - and the merchant services account with QB has the corporate name on it. How do we fix it so the client sees his dba name, rather than the corporate name?
None of these steps is fixing that problem.
