Is there a way to change the standard email greeting from “Hey customer” to a more appropriate greeting?

You'll be glad to know that you change the standard email greeting for your invoices, j4intn.

 

QuickBooks Self-Employed allows you to customize invoices right on the form itself. And, I'm happy to provide the steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Select Invoices from the menu, then click Create invoice
  3. Click Customize.

  4. Select the Email ▼ section to customize the message your customers see with their invoice.

  5. Enter other details to complete the invoice.

Is there a way to change the standard email greeting from “Hey customer” to a more appropriate greeting?

When I send invoices via the quickbooks online app, the initial part of the greeting is not showing.

 

"Dear [name],"

 

This part is not appearing. When I send the invoice via laptop, it appears ok. What is the problem? I just updated my app, but it is still the same.
