Is there a way to create a registration link for your customers, where they would register for a recurring plan with a price set divided in installments?

I want to run away from having parents paying their tuition with credit or debit cards. There seems to be a high abuse of chargeback and disputes. With that in mind, I want to replicate the payment plans of our tuition, by using QuickBooks and ACH payments only. I believe wire transfers will minimize the risk for chargebacks, but please, correct me if I am wrong.

It's nice to see you here in the Community, mmachado.

Let me help and provide information about creating registration link for your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QuickBooks, the option to create a registration link for your customer is unavailable. You will have to manually set up recurring transactions in QBO. I also suggest searching for a third-party application that will fit your business.

I'll add this article to guide you on how to run basic reports or financial reports that will give you a snapshot of your business: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please leave a reply if you have other concerns regarding manually setting up recurring or about the third-party application. The Community is always available to back you up.

@mmachado-ggssocc

You can use a proposal management app as the workaround to integrate with QBO.
