Is there a way to get confirmation email notifications for sent automated invoices?

To confirm the sent invoices, you can check it in the All Sales page. Let me guide you through on how to locate them.

 

Here’s how to filter your transaction on All Sales page:

  1. On the left panel, go to the Sales menu.
  2. Click on All Sales.
  3. Under the Filter drop-down, choose the Type, Status, Delivery Method, Date, and Customer.
  4. Then click on Apply.
  5. Click on the Status column to categorize then in ascending or descending order.

 

 You can also use the Email me a copy feature to receive a copy of the emailed transaction moving forward.

 

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Sales tab on the left.
  4. In the Messages section, click the Edit icon.
  5. Put a check-mark in the Email me a copy at [your email address] box.
  6. Hit Save and Done once you're finished.
