Is there a way to have employees use QB app to upload receipts but restrict their access to all other info in QBs?

I can share some information regarding giving access to your employees to upload receipts in QuickBooks Online, mport28.

You can add your employees to your account as a standard user so they'll get to upload receipts without giving them access to your reports and other financial information. However, there are limitations when adding users depending on your subscription.

To add a user, here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon and choose Manage Users.
   
2. Select Add user.
   
3. Choose Standard user in the Select user type window, then click Next.
    
4. In the Select access rights section, choose the access you want for this user.
5. Click Next and then select the user settings.
6. Fill out their contact information, then hit Save.

Once done, have your employees accept the invitation and log in to QuickBooks. Additionally, please inform them to install the "QuickBooks Accounting: Invoicing and Expenses" app on their phone to scan a receipt.
