Is there a way to import all sales orders in csv template and convert them into invoices?

Hello there, @jae2.

It’s nice to have you in the Community space. I’d like to address your concern about importing sales orders in CSV template and converting them into invoices in QuickBooks Online.

The ability to import sales transactions in CSV template and converting them into invoices is a great idea if added to QuickBooks. I’d suggest sharing us your opinion and let our Developers know what you liked and what we can improve to make it better.

You can do so by clicking the Gear icon, then choosing Feedback. You may also submit your request via this link: https://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/forums/168199.

Since this isn’t available, check out some 3rd party apps that can integrate and import sales transactions in CSV template. I recommend clicking Apps in the Dashboard and type Import Transactions in the search field.

While some apps have a fee, there are also some applications you could use for free. All of these apps are available in the App Center in QuickBooks Online.

That's it. Feel free to reach out to me if you need anything else. I'll be here to help. Have a good one!

hi @jae2

Most Important things in QuickBooks are import, export, and delete that you have to use for your data. Import and export data when required, and delete useless data to or from your QuickBooks account. So you can use Dancing Numbers importer, exporter, and deleted to process all these 3 services automatically to save your time.

The data that on which you can apply these services are:

Lists:- Chart of Accounts, Journal Entry, Class Discount Item, Employee location, Multi-Currency, Group Item, etc.
Transactions:- Vendor, Employee, Banking, Customer, etc
Other things:- Vehicle Mileage, Inventory Adjustment, Inventory Transfer, etc.

You may try the Dancing Numbers Importer free trial for your need.
