Is there a way to import monthly PayPal statements in QBO? Thank you!

Good day, PattyMac22.

Let me make it up to you by ensuring you'll be able to import your Paypal statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We can Connect to Paypal app to import transactions in QuickBooks. This way, you can easily edit, categorize, and match transactions in your Banking tab once connected.

Here's how:

  1. Select Apps from the left menu.
  2. Search for Connect to PayPal.
  3. Click Get the app now and select the appropriate file, then click Install.
  4. Select Let's do it, then select Give permission.
  5. Enter the email address linked to your PayPal account and click Next.
  6. Sign in to your PayPal account and Agree and Connect to authorize the sync.
  7. To authorize the sync, select Agree and Connect.
  8. Once the connection is established, select Return to Intuit.
  9. Select the PayPal Bank where you'll find your PayPal transactions, then Next.
  10. Select the sales tax rate that will be applied to all imported sales transactions, then select Next.
  11. If you have historical transactions, select the date you like to start importing from, then select Done.

Note: You can import up to 18 months of historical transactions.

Another option, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo) as a workaround.
