Is there a way to import our payroll journal entry spreadsheet into QBO?

Hey there, @finance-adaptpro.

Right now, the option to import payroll data into QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. As of the moment, these are the files we can bring into the program: 

• Bank data
• Customers
• Suppliers
• Chart of accounts
• Products and Services
• Invoices
• Bills

If these paychecks are created outside QuickBooks, we can still enter them via journal entries. Here's how:

1. Click the + New button in the left navigation menu.
2. Select Journal entry.
3. Fill out the fields to create your journal entry.
4. Pick Save and new or Save and close.

Moreover, you can look for a third-party importer tool to import your payroll data as JE. Simply go to the Apps menu and select Find apps. Then, search for an app from there.
