I know a quick way to print a sales receipt or invoice. ProgressRV.
I can see how printing your sales form in just a few clicks would be beneficial to you. I'll share an easy way to do this.
In QuickBooks Online, you can print sales receipts or invoices by batch or per transaction by going to the Sales menu and then to the All Sales tab. I'll show you how.

That's a work around. If I just created an invoice, and I want to remove PRINT PREVIEW and just print while still in the freshly created invoice, why can't I do that? I don't need to preview something that is a template that I use everytime.

I have the same issue. For every invoice and packing slip, we have to click 7 times, including closing out preview boxes that don't close automatically. This is ridiculous. Especially when compared to the desktop version, which required 2 clicks I believe. This seriously needs to be updated to be able to turn off, or bypass some steps. Another reason why I despise the online version compared to the desktop. We have to pay twice as much for the product, that doesn't really produce any benefits for us, compared to the desktop version.
I agree. It's ridiculous that you have to click more than 3 times- sometimes as many as 12! I'm so tired of it. And the general answer is always the same. "I'm sorry this is happening. Please send feedback. Yada yada." Or here's a work around. "If you want to do something else, here's how to do that." It's a joke.
