Is there a way to see your customer notes when creating an invoice while using QB online?

At this time, QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have the ability to attach customer notes to invoices. 

I understand how this feature would be convenient for your business. I agree it would be beneficial to have this option to streamline the invoicing process. That said, I recommend sending your feedback directly to our product engineers. They can assess your request and will consider including it in our future product upgrades. 

To do that:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback under Your Company.
3. Enter a description of your feature request and click Next.

You can also visit our Customer Feedback page to track the status of your suggestions.

Furthermore, QBO has enough tools to personalize your sales forms. This way, you can send professional-looking invoices to your customers that enhance your business communications.

Thank you for your response.  I sent this suggestion to the engineers.  Many of my customers have different price points for services, I utilize the notes section to maintain this information.  There are standard fees however most customers have an individualized contract and payment schedule. I have since cancelled my QB online subscription and returned to the desktop version.  

Thank you for your response.  Most of my customers have individualized contracts and payment schedules.  I maintain this information in the customer notes.  In the desktop version you can see your notes when invoicing, this saves me time and keeps everything organized.  I have since cancelled my QB online subscription and returned to QB desktop.  There were other features that desktop has that online does not that led me to this decision.
