Hello @GIC,
At this time, there isn't an option to save all your open invoices as a PDF file in batch. You can export them as a PDF file, only one at a time instead.
In case you need some ideas in managing your sales and customer transaction, here's an article you can read for reference: Income and Expenses for QuickBooks Desktop.
Let me know if you need further assistance for all of your QuickBooks needs. I'm always happy to help.
Thank you for your response. I need to phrase the question better. I'm trying to export each invoice to PDF so I can have a third party print them. Is marking every individual invoice the only way or can I select all invoices at once?
Thanks for updating us, @GIC.
For now, the ability to mark all invoices for print isn't available, so you'll need to mark them individually. I'll submit this idea to our Product Development team for possible implementation in future releases.
In the meantime, I recommend checking out our blog to stay up-to-date on new releases.
Just hit the Reply button below if you have any other questions, I'll be here to help. Have a good one!
As another option, utilize the exporter tool to filter only the open invoices data, send it to Excel, then convert it to PDF.
