Is there an inventory management system that connects with Quickbooks online so that when an invoice is created, it connects to the software automatically?

However, I’d recommend you to check out Katana Smart Manufacturing Software more specifically. As you can tell from the name, it is a tool that has been built specifically for manufacturers. However, it’s been built to integrate with your QuickBooks, so whenever you generate a bill or an invoice, it’s automatically pushed to your QuickBooks.

To automate the connection between your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and your inventory management software, you can use third-party tools. Unfortunately, QBO alone doesn't fully support this
