It's great to hear that you're using our product in processing your business goals, @useromarexchanging. Let me share some details regarding processing invoices more quickly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can consider using the Batch transactions feature in QBO. It let's you create multiple invoice transactions on one page. Please know that this functionality is only available in the QBO Advanced version. If you're not using one, you can consider upgrading your account. However, if you have this subscription, please follow the steps I'll share below.
At the same time, you can consider following 4Gals' suggestion about creating an invoice in Excel and importing it in bulk to QBO.
