IT AMAZES ME HOW INCOMPETENT THIS COMPANY HAS BECOME. FORCING US TO MOVE FROM DESKTOP, WHICH WAS BAD ENOUGH,

TO THIS POS ONLINE PROGRAM. I CAN’T EVEN PRINT MULTIPLE INVOICES. I AM JUST DISGUSTED.

You may consider switching back to QB Desktop. Purchase the one one time license for QB Desktop 2021 or wait until they will release QB Desktop 2023 on Sep 20.

I know how disappointing it is when the current program you replaced is much more efficient, @thecleenupcrew-g.

Before we begin specifying, may I know the name of the POS online program you're referring to that integrates with QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This way, we can adjust the settings with the help of their support.

On the other hand, once you have created invoices in QBO, the system can print them. Here's how to print multiple invoices in QBO:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then select Invoices.
  2. Put checkmarks in the boxes beside the Date column.
  3. Click Batch Actions.
  4. Choose Print.

You can take a look at this article for more details: Email or print multiple sales forms in QuickBooks Online.
