If this is the first payment you're receiving via your Merchant Services account, it's going to take longer than usual, which is 5 business days. The cause of this is because of the Merchant account that's still being set up. Once done, it will follow the regular process I mentioned.
You can also check the Merchant Service Center for the status of this specific bank transfer. In case you see a hold status, you can refer to this article to learn what you need to do: Why are my funds on hold?
If this isn't your first payment, and it isn't on hold as well, I suggest contacting our Payments Support.
