We've got a lot of Job Costing reports in QuickBooks Desktop. One report relative to what you're looking for is the Job Costs by Job and Vendor Detail. It lets you see the costs and billing statuses.
- Click on the Reports menu.
- Select Job Costing.
- Select Job Costs by Job and Vendor Detail.
- Click on the Customized Report button.
- In the Columns search bar, enter Billing Status.
- Click on OK.
