Major glitch in the new layout. When I edit an invoice and click "save and close" going back to the main customer screen, the invoice status says "sent".

As far as I can tell, the invoice is not actually sent. But this really messes up our billing when we review the customer screen. Help.

To clarify, is this happening with more than one invoice or customer? 

 

In the meantime, I recommend trying to clear your browser's history to narrow down the cause of this problem.

Hi Candace, this did not solve the problem. The only thing that works is switching back to the old layout. Thanks for your help.

  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT. 

 

Furthermore, you can personalize and add specific information to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online
