There are various steps for deleting entries. If your QuickBooks Online (Plus, Essentials, and Advanced) data is less than 60 days, you have the option to purge your account.
The system will delete all your data, and you're unable to restore or reverse them. Hence, I'd suggest exporting all the list of transactions you need to delete for your future reference.
To purge the data, follow the steps listed below:
However, if your QuickBooks Online account is 60 days old or older, the best way is to cancel your account and start a new subscription.
