Join nowA customer is receiving invoices and i cannot find the transaction in my huge memorized database.
Is there a way to delete a memorized transaction working off an invoice?
Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @ Smartkup.
Allow me to help and address your concern about deleting a Memorized Transaction.
The memorized transaction is only available in QuickBooks Desktop. However, if you're using QuickBooks Online, you can run a Transaction List by Customer report to find the transaction.
Another way is to search for the transaction under the Customer profile. Choose the transaction and click More and delete or tap the drop-down arrow under Action.
To delete a recurring transaction, you can follow these steps below:
See this article for more information about your list of recurring transactions: Review your recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
To locate your transaction in QuickBooks Desktop you also run a Transaction List by Customer Report and set the reporting period.

Thank you for your response.
I am using Desktop.is there a way to delete the invoice from memorized other than finding it in the database?
I cannot locate it in the memorized list.
I know it can be rough when you can't locate your memorized invoice, Smartkup. I'm here to help you with that.
Memorized transactions are stored on the Memorized Transaction List page. Since you're unable to locate your invoice, I'd suggest re-sorting the lists. I'll show you how:
For more details, please see this article: Create, Edit, or Delete Memorized Transactions.
If you're still unable to locate the invoice, let's delete it on the Customer Center page. Here's how:
If none of these fixes the problem, I'd suggest using our Verify and Rebuild tool. This self-resolves most data integrity issues on your file.
Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you keep track of your sales in QuickBooks. This ensures your books are accurate: Customize Customer, Job, and Sales Reports.
You can also create a test invoice then memorize it. Once done, go to the Memorized Transaction List page if you're able to see it. Please update us if the transaction shows. This way, we can further investigate this.
Please do let us know if you need more help in managing your sales transactions. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.
