I appreciate your thoughts. Please not that I can make the donations appear and disappear simply by changing the type from donation to sales receipt. If QB could just adjust the filters so that the "Type" Donations shows up in reports on individual donors/customers, the problem would be solved. Is that possible? Enjoy the day!

I’ve noticed that you posted a similar concern to this forum concerning the adjustment you need when running the report in QuickBooks Online.

The problem is still far from being resolved after numerous phone calls and messages. I'm responding here because I imagine there are many others who have migrated from QB desktop and found their PayPal and Stripe donations to be listed as negative in some places and not appear at all in others. I really hope we can get this resolved.
