Buy nowI went into our checking account through the Chart of Accounts, see register and half of November is no longer showing. However if I go through transactions, categorized they all show. Is anyone else having this issue or know why it is happening -- I have everything set to ALL.
Thanks!
I know a possible reason why your November transactions are missing, jcatugal99. Let me elaborate on it in detail.
It's possible that the transactions were categorized in the wrong bank account. To get past this, make sure to review the entries and have them categorized in the correct account.
Kindly follow these steps:
Step 1: Review your account history
You can follow these steps if you're looking for an older transaction.
Step 2: Look for the missing transaction and move it to the right account.
You can check the Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expense account to see if your missing transaction was there. This will happen if you don't categorize your transactions into specific accounts.

Yes I am positive it is in the correct account because I also went to Bank Transactions/Categorized an they are all showing there. They are NOT showing when I go to chart of accounts, choose the account and click view register. This is happening in 3 of the 4 companies I use QBO for. They all happen to be on the Quickbooks Plus plan.
Hello there, @jcatugal99. I'm here to guide you on how to view your transactions in your chart of accounts.
Firstly, please check if you have applied any filters in your bank register. If you have, clear the filter to resolve the issue.
To check filters, go to the register for your bank account and ensure that the filters are not excluding the transactions you're looking for. Adjust the filters as necessary and click Apply to see if the missing transactions appear.
Clearing the filters in your bank register can help ensure that you see all transactions, not just the ones that have been categorized. If you have used filters in the past, they might still be retained even after updating your bank account. Clearing the filters can help you see all transactions, including the ones that have been marked as personal or duplicates.
If you want to remove the filter from the bank register, follow these steps:
