Let's first check the Audit Log to check if what happened to your missing transactions.
Here's how:
- In your QuickBooks Online account, click the Gear icon and select Audit log.
- From the Audit log page, find the 2018 missing transactions.
- Review each transaction and check if it was deleted or modified by someone who has access to the account.
Once checked, if the transactions were deleted, you'll have to reenter it again. I know how much time it could take entering those transactions again in QuickBooks, but it's the only way we can do.
However, if the transactions were not deleted nor modified, I suggest logging in to your QBO account using a private browser. This way, we can check if it's a browser data related issue.
If it works, If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh.
If you get the same result while using a private browser, I'd suggest using a different one.
