It's possible that piled-up cache in your regular browser caused this unusual behavior with your invoices. You can clear your current browser’s cache to resolve this.
Go to your account by using a private browser or an incognito window, then try to check your invoices. If it works fine, clear the cache in the one that you're currently using.
Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. You can also try to check your invoices using other supported browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge) if the steps above didn’t work.

Howdy. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Don’t use a browser often if at all. Usually only go to the browser when the app isn’t working or I need to do something I am only able to access via the browser.
I have been using the iOS app almost exclusively since 2015.
Both the app and the website are the same as far as the mixup invoice order, mixed up line items inside the invoices, missing line item saves, missing logo. All gone. I’ve canceled my subscription. Going back to excel and a calculator. Still, would be nice to know what the heck happened. Used to recommend this app to every contractor I met. Even got my best friend signed up when he started his business. He’s since hired an actual accountant. Can’t beat that.
Hi there.
It's evident that you've been an avid user of QuickBooks Self-Employed for quite a while, and it's disheartening to hear that the recent issues you've encountered have led you to cancel your subscription.
Here are possible reasons for the mixed-up invoice order, line items, and missing logo in QBSE:
To address such instances, you can follow the steps outlined by my colleague above when accessing your account through a web browser.
Since you were using the mobile app during that time, you could have cleared the app data to start fresh and fix most app-related issues.
If you desire to learn more about the potential causes behind the mix-up of invoices and the absence of the invoice logo, you are welcome to reach out to our support team. They have the necessary tools to review your account and investigate this further.
In case you decide to reactivate your subscription, and start using your existing account again, you can review this link for the detailed steps: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Appreciate the replies. So I ended up completely canceling my sub and deleting my payments account, trying to download my dataset(failing because of QB website again *shrug*, over it as I have been so angry the past week because of this that I seriously don't want to spend anymore energy other than to sh*t on intuits parade at this point, ie make others aware of the issues), and making my own invoices(it's gonna be tedious to start but in the end I'll have total control of things like I am about to mention).
I ended up resubscribing very quickly as I suddenly didn't have access to any of my data, can't look at outstanding invoices, or anything, super frustrating when your just trying to get your info so you can charge for your work so your family can survive.
Figured I'd give it another chance as I had to pay for the whole month anyway. Annnnnnd drum roooooolllllll.....I spent 2 hours fixing all the invoices and line items and adding titles and fixing rates and fixing my logo and double checking clients info as that got messed up too(QB added client emails to the end of every client name....smh). Think I have it sorted and go to try and send an invoice for the show I just finished, looked great in preview, also, doing this via the browser per your(or someone's) advice, all is in order, line items are there, adresses and client info looks correct...so I hit send.
FML, it sent a half completed invoice with missing info and everything jumbled. I am over being embarrassed by QB.
I go and fix that and double check again and do a test send and it is fine. Sent to client, explained in an email, to this multimillion dollar company to double check their QB accounts and make sure no funny stuff is happening and then proceed to explain why I am resending this invoice as well as my experience with QB recently. We may both be off to different pastures if this keeps up.
Figure I should go and look at my other invoices and same thing, tons of missing info and all the work I had been doing to fix their f*ups has now been undone but not in the same way as when i started to fix it. new issues like Titles being there but now it says do not send and is blank for description.
Yes I have tried both saved as draft as well as just saved via the dropdown next to email. The save as drafts seems to be one aspect of the problem as it doesn't seem to be doing any actual hard work like saving the document or where you are or.....
Also apologies for the screenname, I was upset when I signed up to the community. Trying to change it now.
