Moving a batch of customer invoices into a vendor bill?

We do.  Transaction pro is the tool we use to transfer our commercial purchases recorded in Smart Service into QB.  Smart Service features are designed to perform a service in which with create a receivable.  We are in the market purchasing recycling from the vendor.  This is a payable for our business.  We have flipped this information for the last 5 years and the secrets to this function left with our employee.

In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), we're unable to batch the customer invoices to convert into a bill. However, you can manually delete and recreate it. You can also import it again with the correct information.
