Now, I recommend using the Add to my Reminders List option to memorize your invoices with foreign currencies. This method allows you to manually update exchange rates as needed, ensuring accuracy and reliability despite the constantly changing rates.

Additionally, I've gathered some resources to help you better manage your memorized transactions and handle customer payments efficiently:

• Edit or delete memorized transactions
• Take and process payments in QuickBooks Desktop

As we have a fixed exchange to the USD, i hoped it was possible. But unfortunately not. And yes I am  aware of all manual options, was really hoping for a automated feature
