Let me outline the steps to accomplish the task of printing the report that reflects two budget years and the percentage change in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
To access the 2024 budget vs 2025 budget and the % difference you can open the Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual.
- At the menu tab, click Reports.
- Choose Budgets & Forecasts report.
- Click Budget vs. Actual.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions, then click Finish.
5. Customize the date from 2024 TO 2025, beside the Show Columns choose Year.
6. Then select Print.
